**Job Description: Internal Sales Associate**
**Company**: WiseAir Technologies India LLP.
**Location**: Singanallur, Coimbatore.
**Position**: Internal Sales Associate
**Reports To**: Senior Sales Associates
**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a dedicated and self driven Internal Sales Associate to support the sales activities across our three dynamic companies: Systel Engineering Controls, which specializes in pneumatics retailing; Systel Energy Solutions, a leading provider of compressed air management solutions; and WiseAir Technologies India LLP, manufacturers of state-of-the-art IIoT sensors for compressed air flow, power, pressure, and dew point measurements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Preparation of Sales Documents in SAP HANA Software**:
- Generate accurate and professional sales quotes based on customer requirements.
- Draft and process sales orders, ensuring all details are accurate and in line with company standards.
- **Customer Communications**:
- Handle customer inquiries, resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate department.
- **Tele Calling**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to discuss their needs, promote products or services, and foster a strong business relationship.
- Record call details and customer feedback for future reference.
- **Sales Support**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide any necessary administrative support.
- Ensure the CRM system is updated with all customer interactions and sales activities.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in the field of industrial products.
- Engineering background is strongly preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client accounts concurrently.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced sales environment.
