**Job Summary**:
**We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the field of public health and e-learning. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding our presence and driving growth within the public health sector, with a specific focus on e-learning solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing innovative strategies to increase our market share and revenue streams.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the public health sector, specifically related to e-learning solutions.**

**Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential growth areas.**

**Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.**

**Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including public health organizations, government agencies, educational institutions, and industry influencers.**

**Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize and tailor e-learning solutions to meet the specific needs and requirements of public health organizations.**

**Lead negotiations, prepare and present business proposals, and close deals with prospective clients and partners.**

**Monitor and track sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions and refine business development strategies.**

**Stay up-to-date with advancements in public health and e-learning, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.**

**Represent the organization at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership.**

**Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities, pipeline status, and market insights.**

**Requirements**:
**Bachelor's degree in business administration, public health, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.**

**Proven track record of successful business development in the public health or e-learning sector, including experience in identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities.**

**In-depth knowledge of the public health landscape, including key players, funding mechanisms, and emerging trends.**

**Familiarity with e-learning platforms, technologies, and instructional design principles.**

**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.**

**Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.**

**Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop effective business strategies.**

**Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving results.**

**Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.**

**Flexibility to travel as required for business meetings.**

**Shift timings: 9:30 AM - 6PM.**

**Working Day's: Monday - Saturday**

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
