Job Description: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Gurgaon and Noida
Position 3: Business Development Manager (Female) Gurgaon, 1 male(Noida), 1 male(Gurgaon)

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Create and present detailed business proposals and negotiate terms.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts. Requirements:
Proven experience 2 to 5 years in business development, preferably in the IT hardware, system integration & consulting sector.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have their own vehicle for travel.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.

Preferred:
Experience working in the Gurgaon market.
Familiarity with IT products and services.

Role Requirements:

Sector Experience: The individual must have experience in the IT hardware, system integration, and consulting sectors.
Transportation: The candidate must possess their own vehicle.
Skills: The candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Prefferd Candidates: 1 female (Gurgaon), 1 Male(Noida), 1 Male(Gurgaon)
Salary: 50 to 60K
