Receptionist/administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and well-maintained.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other activities.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and the general public in a courteous and helpful manner.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Management are a plus.
