Greet and welcome customers as they enter the bank branch, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Answer incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information or direct them to the relevant bank personnel.
- Assist customers with routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Schedule appointments for customers who require specialized banking services or consultations.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring that it reflects a professional image of the bank.
- Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Provide general administrative support to the bank branch, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with other bank staff to ensure seamless operations and efficient customer service.
- Stay updated on bank products and services, as well as any changes in policies or procedures, to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns, escalating them to management when necessary, and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives.
