Merchant Acquisition

As a merchant acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales efforts to acquire new merchants and expand our network for driving outbound sales efforts to acquire new merchants and expand our network of clients. You will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining relationships with businesses, promoting our payment gateway solutions and contributing to the growth of our client base.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prospect, identify & qualify potential merchants through outbound sales efforts.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings and & identify new business opportunities.
- Build & maintain a strong sales pipeline, meeting & exceeding acquisition targets.
- Develop & deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients showcasing the benefits & features of our payment gateway solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding & integration processes for new merchants.
- Negotiate terms & agreements, addressing client enquiries & providing exceptional customer service
- Stay updated on industry regulations & payment processing trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends & competitor activities. **Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the payment gateway or financial technology industry.
- Strong understanding of merchant acquisition processes and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear & concise manner
- Demonstrated ability to meet & exceed sales targets in a dynamic & competitive environment
- Knowledge of payment industry regulations, compliance & security standards
- Self-motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
