We are seeking a dynamic Merchant Sales Associate to drive adoption of Galleri5’s AI Image
Generation tools among small merchants in Tier-II and Tier-III cities. This role focuses on onboarding merchants selling online, helping them enhance their product catalogs through cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in merchant acquisition for e-commerce platforms, strong local language skills, and relationships in cities where small merchants are based (Surat primarily and other cities such as Trichy).

Key Responsibilities:
● Identify, approach, and onboard small merchants in cities like Surat, Trichy, and other
Tier-II/III markets to adopt Galleri5’s AI image generation tools.
● Leverage existing relationships and networks with merchants selling online to drive
sales and product adoption.
● Educate merchants on the benefits of AI-enhanced catalog imagery for boosting their
online sales and engagement.
● Conduct on-ground activations, workshops, and demos to showcase the value of the
product and generate leads.
● Travel extensively to small cities, meeting merchants face-to-face, building trust, and
ensuring seamless onboarding.
● Collaborate with the product team to provide merchant feedback and improve product
offerings based on ground-level insights.
● Achieve aggressive sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating a strong focus on numbers
and results.
Requirements:
● Proven experience in onboarding merchants for e-commerce platforms like Meesho,
GlowRoad, or similar.
● Strong understanding of Tier-II/III merchant behavior, pain points, and motivations.
● Local language fluency in regions where merchants are being targeted; strong
communication and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to explain and sell technology products to merchants with varying levels of tech
awareness.
● Prior experience in driving on-ground activations and merchant acquisition campaigns.
● Highly sales-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding merchant onboarding
targets.
● Willingness to travel extensively across smaller cities.
