**About the Position**
This is an exciting ground-floor opportunity to join a rapidly growing TaaS company and help shape and scale the sales organization. We’re looking for a sharp, energetic, and detail-oriented person who is passionate about implementing solutions that transform the status quo. You will be in a key client-facing role and take ownership of all revenue generation for a multi-state territory. **The position requires an individual that can work independently in a “hunter” role**
The position will eventually be based in the USA after successfully working with Webomates India for 1 year

Qualifications:
- Must have an Engineering degree in computer science with an MBA.
- Prior work experience as a Software Engineer or QA is mandatory
- **Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.**:
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Excellent ability to give a demo and presentation
- 4 years experience selling Software QA services or QA Tools or E-commerce.
- Customer contacts at the CTO/CIO level in multiple enterprise-level or SMB companies.
- Preferred: Startup experience as a salesperson.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our revenue, and customer base in North America.
- Pitching TaaS Solutions and demonstrating them to customers independently, including information discovery sessions and proposals.
- Develop a deep understanding of our TaaS products and their value propositions.
- Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific pain points and produce compelling proposals to meet their needs.
- Contact potential prospects from personally generated research to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support sales initiatives.
- Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Stay informed about competitors' strategies and leverage market intelligence to develop competitive advantages.
- Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives.
