**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering inbound calls, and assisting customers with queries. You will play a key role in promoting our products/services, generating leads, and contributing to the overall sales and customer service goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Explain products/services to clients and answer their questions.
- Schedule appointments or site visits for potential leads.
- Maintain a detailed database of the clients/customers contacted, including follow-up information.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
- Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and offers.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective calling scripts.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Prior experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Insert required languages].
- Strong listening and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
