**SCOPE**

The Office Admin provides administrative and support for the India branch and manages front office.

**Accountabilities**
- Be an Enthusiastic and driven individual who is highly confident and assertive
- Booking travel arrangements both national and international; Prepare itineraries; Submit Expenses
- Arranging hotel and travel accommodation as requested
- Using a high standard of verbal and written communication skills professionally respond to correspondence promptly and efficiently using Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Word etc
- Quick and accurate minute taking
- Should have experience in interacting with global stake holders.
- Well Versed in PPT Preparation.
- Possess strong administrative and organizational skills with good attention to details
- Be consistently professional, trustworthy, and confident
- Have a flexible approach to your work and business needs.
- Have strong problem-solving abilities.

**Skills & Certifications**
- A proven successful track record in a previously held office administrative role.
- High level of interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and make sound independent judgements.
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
- Accurate, reliable, high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in local language, professional communication behaviour to internal and external contacts.
- Strong analytical, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree preferred and around 2 to 6 year experience in an office administration role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Kannada & English compulsorily required

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
