**Job Details**:
The Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions for our company.

**Job Duties**:

- Record and approve day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the general ledger in Netsuite.
- Maintain accuracy of general ledger entries
- Bring the books to the trial balance stage.
- Maintain a chart of accounts.
- Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions.
- Monitor expenses and balance payments.
- Enter data, maintain records, launch reports and financial statements.

**Skills**:

- Proven bookkeeping experience.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Data entry skills and proficiency with numbers.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.
- Proficiency in English and Netsuite.
- Customer service orientated.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration a plus.
