Part-time Bookkeeper

**Position Overview**:
Experience: 2-4 years
Note: Will have to come to office once a week for 2-3 hours.
Location: Khar west
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Monthly GST Filing**:
- Prepare and file monthly GST returns accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and maintain proper documentation.
- **General Ledger (GL) Maintenance**:
- Record and maintain all financial transactions in the general ledger.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of entries and reconcile any discrepancies.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies between bank statements and financial records.
- **Invoice Preparation**:
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
- **Financial Reporting**:
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
- Provide support during audits and other financial reviews.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
**Job Type**: Freelance
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹28,905.82 per month
Schedule:
