**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet visitors and guests warmly and ensure a positive experience.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Provide general information about the company and assist with basic client queries.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage office supplies and ensure that the front office is stocked and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain an organized and tidy front desk and waiting area.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and booking conference rooms.
- **Reception Duties**:

- Monitor the reception area to ensure a clean and professional environment.
- Manage guest sign-in and visitor badges in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate appointments and ensure the office runs smoothly throughout the day.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of visitors, calls, and office correspondence.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other routine office tasks as required.
- Handle basic documentation and ensure that records are updated and stored securely.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Act as a liaison between visitors, clients, and staff.
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks and coordination when needed.
- Help prepare meeting materials, such as presentations, reports, and other documents.
- **Other Duties**:

- Assist with any other administrative or office-related tasks as assigned by management.
- Handle basic inquiries from employees regarding internal company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in a front office, reception, or customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, friendly attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (telephone systems, printers, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
