Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).

**Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi**

**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Associate at our esteemed resort. The Front Office plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences from check-in to departure. If you have a passion for hospitality, impeccable communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently.
- Process payments, maintain accurate guest accounts, and handle cash transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services.
- Resolve any guest complaints or issues effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk and lobby area.
- Uphold the resort's standards of service excellence and guest satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and activities is advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
