**Summary**:
As a Front Office Executive at our resort, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and assistance throughout their stay. You will manage front desk operations, handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, and ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Services**: Welcome guests upon arrival, greet them with a warm and friendly demeanor, and provide assistance with luggage and other needs. Offer information about resort facilities, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- **Check-In and Check-Out**: Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately. Verify guest information, collect payment, issue room keys, and provide orientation to resort facilities and services.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build rapport with guests, address their needs and concerns promptly, and strive to exceed their expectations. Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with empathy and diplomacy, and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Assist with administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and faxing. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and financial transactions using computerized systems or manual logs.
- **Concierge Services**: Provide concierge services, including booking transportation, arranging tours and activities, making restaurant reservations, and fulfilling special requests to enhance the guest experience and promote guest satisfaction.
- **Security and Safety**: Monitor the lobby area and entrances for security purposes, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff. Follow security protocols and emergency procedures in the event of incidents or emergencies.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B, to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Previous experience in front desk, guest services, or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a positive attitude and willingness to assist guests
