**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, reflecting the professionalism of organisation.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Graduate; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Front Office Administrator, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
