**Position**: Sales Executive

**Location**: Swarget

**Responsibilities**: 1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market dynamics, trends, volume, and emerging developments within the engineering sector.

2. Conduct regular visits to existing clients to maintain relationships and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

3. Proactively generate new leads and explore avenues for business development across Maharashtra.

4. Analyze competitor strategies including pricing, discounts, and product features to formulate effective counter-strategies.

5. Present the entire product portfolio to both B2B and B2C clients, highlighting key benefits and unique selling propositions.

6. Drive the acquisition of new business and expand the client base through effective networking and relationship building.

7. Demonstrate a willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra to engage with clients and prospects.

8. Maintain a high level of self-motivation and resilience, capable of overcoming challenges to achieve set goals effectively. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience in sales, preferably within the engineering or industrial sector. - Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra. - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
