Job Title: Call Quality Analyst
- Insurance
Location: Andheri Marol
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor outbound calls made by telesales executives to prospective customers for insurance product offerings.
- Evaluate and analyze the quality of calls based on predetermined criteria, including adherence to script, compliance with regulations, and effectiveness in conveying information.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to telesales executives to improve call quality and sales performance.
- Identify areas of improvement in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team leaders and managers to develop and implement training programs to enhance call quality and sales skills.
- Conduct regular audits of call recordings and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Generate reports and insights on call quality metrics, sales performance, and customer feedback.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve overall team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes relevant to the insurance sector.
- Support the implementation of quality assurance initiatives and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in a call quality analyst role, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Proficiency in using call monitoring software and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of insurance products, terminology, and industry regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
