Profile Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Answering incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues.
- Providing information about products, services, and promotions.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Addressing customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
- **Documentation and Data Entry**:

- Accurately documenting customer interactions in the system.
- Recording relevant information, such as customer details, issues, and resolutions.
- **Product and Service Knowledge**:

- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and policies.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Adhering to established call center protocols and quality standards.
- Participating in training sessions to improve knowledge and performance.
- **Time Management**:

- Managing call volume efficiently while maintaining high-quality service.
- Meeting performance metrics, such as average handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Providing feedback to supervisors for process improvement.
- **Adaptability**:

- Adapting to changes in processes, procedures, and technology.
- Embracing new challenges and continuously improving skills.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
