**Job Summary**

We are hiring for our reputed client from **Publishing industry**.

Company Profile: One of the world's largest Publisher & Distributor of children books.

**Job Role**:Inside Sales Representative

**Number of positions**: 1 (Freshers can also apply)

**This is a full time job, no field sales only office work mostly tally calling and online sales coordination work.**

**Other responsibilities includes**:

- Partner with Regional Sales Representatives to meet the territory specific targets.
- Manage customer accounts of schools and trade customers of the assigned territory.
- Establish customer acquisitions through marketing campaigns.
- Handle sales inquiries of potential customers and initiate processes to convert new leads into customer accounts.
- Prepare Pro-forma invoice and quotations for the customers.
- Send free trials, promotional materials and samples to customers.
- Follow up with customers to convert quotes into firm orders.
- Keep customers informed and updated about the special offers, discounts, new products etc.

**Requirements**:

- **Graduate** / Post graduate with 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.**:

- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Familiarity with SalesForce is a plus.
