Job description

Job Title: Executive Assistant/Secretary to CEO

Location: Ghaziabad & Noida (Preferable)

Experience : 2-3years

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
- Organize and manage events, conferences, and special projects as assigned.
- Monitor and respond to internal and external communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with other executive assistants and departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects, reports, and presentations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and office supply management.
- Perform other duties as directed by the CEO.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or secretary, preferably supporting top-level executives.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
