We are seeking an experienced and polished Personal Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to our CEO. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that the CEO is able to operate at peak performance by managing their schedule, correspondence, and various administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for CEO.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other materials as requested.
- Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries and recommendations.
- Maintain contacts and calendar, and proactively manage their daily schedule to maximize productivity.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Act as a liaison between executives and other departments, stakeholders, and external parties.
- Manage special projects and assignments as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professional relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
