Job Overview: As a Sales Executive in the Manpower Security and Facility Services industry, you will

play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.

This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills, a deep

understanding of security and facility services, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market for security and

facility services.
- Develop a strategic approach to expanding the client base and increasing market

share.

2. Lead Generation:

- Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and other

prospecting activities.
- Build a robust pipeline of potential clients to ensure a consistent flow of

opportunities.

3. Client Engagement:

- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the

company's security and facility services.
- Understand client needs and propose customized solutions to meet their specific

requirements.

4. Proposal and Contract Negotiation:

- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value

proposition of the company's services.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to secure contracts, ensuring a win-win situation for

both parties.

5. Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key decision-makers, and

industry influencers.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns

promptly.

6. Market Intelligence:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding market dynamics and

potential opportunities or threats.

7. Sales Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads,

opportunities, and closed deals.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

8. Cross-Selling and Upselling:

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure clients are aware of the full range of

services offered.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the security and facility services industry.
- Strong understanding of security protocols, facility management practices, and related

services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.
