Urgently Required Pre Sales Executive for a Real Estate Company with minimum 2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

1) Making call to customer for fixing appointment for site visit.

2) Excellent Communication - written and verbal

3) Doing strong follow up with the clients.

4) Doing end to end closing.

5) Should be self sufficient and responsible for achieving set goals every month.

6) Maintaining data tracker in excel sheet.

7) Doing personal calls and lining up client visit and closing them.

8) Help team to search new properties and post them on portal.

9) Once the lead is qualified defined process to ensure.

every qualified lead is followed for site visits.

10) Guiding and explaining about project detail to the
customers.

11) Regular Follow up with customers for the booking.

12) Making good relation with back office & Builder sales
team.

Location - C-3, Block C, Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi, Delhi 110016

Salary Package - 25k per month

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 per month
