JOB DESCRIPTION -OFFICE ASSISTANT
- Greet and assist patients and visitors warmly.
- Manage social media pages
- Schedule and manage patient appointments and coordinate with the clinic’s schedule.
- Provide information to patients about treatments, consultation timings, and other services.
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Keep inventory of office and clinical supplies, placing orders when necessary
- Notify patients of upcoming appointments and follow up on missed appointments.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 36 per week
Schedule:
- Evening shift
