**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars for faculty and administrative staff.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation related to academic and administrative activities.
- Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies, coordinating with vendors as needed to manage orders and deliveries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation to support college activities and initiatives.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment and directing them to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Support staff with various administrative tasks and special projects to enhance the college's operational efficiency.
- Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries and packages, ensuring timely processing.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, including meeting rooms and the reception area.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and record-keeping tasks as assigned by the administration.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or a related field are a plus.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive team environment.
