- Experience - 1 - 2 years
- Language known - Hindi, English, Marathi, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada
- Location - Jalgaon & Pune
- No. of requirement - 5
- Education - BBA/ BSc. / MCA /Any graduation
**The Key aspect of this role**
1. Assign calls to L1, L2 & L3 support teams looking at the call request and ensuring timely resolution.
2. Professionally Communicate with the customers reaching the support center through the call center
3. Resolve calls in individual capacity as well
4. Ensure a friendly approach with the customers and ensure timely resolution of support requests up to the satisfaction of the customer.
5. Periodically report to the management the current state of support services
6. Enhance internal systems to achieve improved customer satisfaction.
