Role Overview:
We are seeking a Female Executive Assistant with a profound interest in the international business and export domains. This role is tailored for someone eager to dive into a fast
- paced startup environment, offering a unique opportunity to directly impact our strategic direction and operational efficiency. The Executive Assistant will engage in a variety of tasks, ranging from research and analysis to strategic planning, embodying the core values and vision of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Performing Research & Analysis on Industry Trends, Industry Leaders, Tracking competitive companies and relevant business data of our industry.
- Scheduling E- Meets / In person meetings with relevant industry leaders, clients, potential people of interest. Communicating and Interacting with Individuals on behalf of founder to follow-ups on business activities and calendar management.
- Performing Required and Relevant Documentation to ensure the work flows ahead seamlessly, Digital data, documents and file management of the company.
- Weekly Planning, Monthly Planning, Quarterly Planning of work with the founder to create a continuous and constructive process to bring productivity throughout the days and calendar management.

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical and research skills, particularly within the chemical industry and global commerce.
- Excellent organizational abilities, with a focus on time management and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in managing digital data and documents, with a good grasp of business software.
- Effective communication skills, comfortable in interacting with a variety of stakeholders.
- Independent and proactive work ethic, able to contribute both individually and as part of a team.
- A long-term commitment to contributing to the growth and success of our startup is highly valued.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in business administration.
- An MBA or other highly relevant degree would be beneficial. An experience and Innate Interest to work in International Business Environment is Highly Desirable.

Details:
Commitment: 8 hours a day In-person / remotely connected. Compensation: Competitive, with room for growth as the company expands.
