**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Identify and troubleshoot problems based on customer descriptions.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized departments when necessary.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Document resolutions and follow-up actions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- **Customer Education**:

- Educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Provide guidance on how to use products and services effectively.
- **Performance Metrics**:

- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, resolution time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance standards.

Pay: ₹25,820.07 - ₹34,199.32 per month
