Greetings We are seeking a full-time dynamic person to join us as **customer support executive** at our educational institute, Thane W.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries and complaints via inbound/outbound calls
- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure satisfaction
- Make outgoing calls to students for follow-ups and reminders
- Maintain accurate records
- Assist with general office tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Graduate
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language(s)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or relevant experience preferred

**Key Skills**:Communication, Active listening, Problem-solving, Multitasking

**Job Location**:Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane West
