**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist clients or customers as needed.
- **Office Organization**:

- Ensure office equipment (printers, computers, etc.) is functional and coordinate maintenance when needed.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- **Data Entry and Filing**:

- Input data into company systems or databases accurately.
- Create and maintain filing systems, ensuring all records are up to date.
- **General Support**:

- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing documents.
- Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by management.

**Required Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields preferred.
- Proven experience in office administration or customer service (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Desired Skills**:

- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).
- Basic bookkeeping or financial handling experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position (working hours typically 9 :30 AM to 7 PM).
- Office environment with occasional lifting of office supplies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
