**Job Title**:Executive Assistant**
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives by handling information requests, performing clerical functions, and coordinating meetings, travel, and communications. The role requires excellent organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings.
- **Coordination and Planning**:
- Arrange meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate events, conferences, and business functions as required.
- **Information Management**:
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
- Research and compile data for reports, presentations, and other business requirements.
- Monitor and prioritize executive tasks and deadlines.
- **Travel and Expense Management**:
- Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare and process expense reports in compliance with company policies.
- **General Office Support**:
- Act as a liaison between the executive and team members or other departments.
- Handle special projects and assignments as directed by the executive.
- Ensure the executive office operates efficiently and professionally.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional) are a plus.
- **Experience**:
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- **Skills**:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

**Compensation**:
- **Salary Range**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).

- Office-based with occasional flexibility for remote work.
- May require occasional overtime or availability outside standard business hours.
