Front Desk Receptionist

Bharati Energy is a leading provider of exceptional customer service solutions in the Electrical sector. We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Office Receptionist to be the face of our organization and provide outstanding first impressions to our clients and visitors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a neat and organized office area.
- Handle scheduling, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Provide general information to client/customers.
- Ensure security by monitoring office assets.
- Customer visite for service feedback.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Graduate or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
