**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**:_
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized.
- **Visitor Coordination**_
- Schedule and manage visitor appointments.
- Maintain a visitor logbook and issue visitor badges if required.
- **Administrative Support**:_
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed.
- **Record Keeping and Documentation**_:
- Maintain office records and assist with filing documents.
- Update contact lists and maintain employee attendance logs.
- **Customer Service**:_
- ssist in resolving minor complaints and escalating issues when necessary.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:_
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and calmness.
- A bachelor's degree or higher
