**Qualifications and Skills**
- Basic Qualification MBA
- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Knowledge of medical billing processes and insurance policies is Plus
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Computer skills with MS office, Excel

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Check patients in and out, ensuring accurate demographic and insurance information
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
- Handle patient inquiries with empathy and provide appropriate information
- Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Process medical insurance claims and verify insurance coverage
- Collect payment for services rendered and provide receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
