About this job

Join our team at the Global Planogram Hub and play a vital role in assisting the development and implementation of planograms for Space Management Consulting projects. Collaborate closely with NielsenIQ's Global Markets team to successfully execute projects. In this role, you'll become proficient in utilizing Spaceman, NielsenIQ's exclusive space management tool, to craft planograms.

You will be part of a 3-member team and report to the Planogram Hub Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth data analysis using Excel, PowerBI, and other relevant software tools to extract valuable insights.
- Generate store-specific planograms following established business procedures, ensuring that inventory levels and presentation standards consistently align with customer expectations.
- Assess planograms to gauge their impact on sales, profitability, and inventory efficiency.
- Offer recommendations and innovative alternatives to enhance planogram optimization, functionality, and financial performance.
- Oversee projects, including timelines, deliveries, and daily communication with local NielsenIQ teams.
- Provide ongoing service and management for existing projects, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

A little bit about you

You should have a passion to understand how the retail operation works, and how the shopper shops. You should be comfortable in managing/working with large amounts of data. In addition, a strong work ethic, a relentless desire to learn, practical thinking, and trustworthiness are prerequisites, as the remaining skills can be developed through training.

Position Requirements:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.
- Logical and analytical reasoning skills
- Knowledge of tools such as PowerBI, VBA, and SQL is desirable.
- Project Management experience or skills
- Experience in space planning/planogramming is a plus
- Experience working for a Retailer or Manufacturer is a plus
- Category Management experience or advanced knowledge is a plus
- Ability to accommodate flexible work hours as dictated by project needs
