WE'RE HIRING - SALES EXECUTIVE (LEGAL)
ClevDOC Platforms Inc. is looking to hire a SALES EXECUTIVE (LEGAL) with Minumum 3 years of work experience preferably of software sales with the Banking Or Legal Sector, with details as below:
Salary bracket: Rs. 2.4 Lakhs to 3.6 Lakhs LPA
Expected Notice Period: Between 15-30 days
Opportunity Type: Onsite (Udyog Vihar Phase 5 Office, Gurugram)
Note : Delhi/Gurugram based candidates preferred.

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development cum Sales Executive (Legal) to generate new revenue and obtain new clients from the banking sector and legal departments in India. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in business development, sales, and relationship management, with a deep understanding of the legal tech landscape and the specific needs of our target market.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development and Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets, including banks, financial institutions, and legal departments. Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new accounts, drive market share growth, and achieve revenue targets.
Client Engagement: Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, legal professionals, compliance officers, and IT managers. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points, and position our SaaS solutions as strategic solutions to their challenges.
Solution Selling: Articulate the value proposition of our SaaS products and services, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Customize presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to address specific client needs and objectives, and effectively communicate ROI and business outcomes.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, and drive deals through the sales process to meet or exceed revenue targets and sales quotas.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, customer success, and legal, to drive successful sales outcomes. Leverage internal resources and expertise to support customer needs, address technical inquiries, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape within the legal tech and banking sectors. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities, competitive threats, and market gaps, and provide input into product development and sales strategies.
Relationship Management: Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities. Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, drive adoption of additional products and services, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field such as LLB. MBA or JD is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales within the legal tech, SaaS, or financial services industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and closing complex deals in a competitive market environment.
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliance requirements within the banking and financial services sector.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and close deals effectively.
