Personal Secretary

1.Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
2.Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
3.Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
4.Make travel and accommodation arrangements
5.Travel to multiple countries with the executive 90% work will be outside India
6.Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
7.Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
8.Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
10.Take minutes during meetings
11.Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
12.Organize and maintain the office filing system
