Personal Secretary

Scheduling and Time Management: Managing the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and ensuring that the executive's time is optimized and well-organized.
Project: Coordination activities of ongoing projects
Travel Arrangements: Making travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and creating itineraries for business trips.
Data Management: Organizing and maintaining documents, files, and records in both physical and digital formats. Ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Meeting Support: Arranging meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting materials. Coordinating logistics for meetings and conference calls.
Liaison: Serving as a liaison between the executive and other staff members, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Event Coordination: Assisting in the planning and coordination of events, workshops, seminars, and other functions.
Expense Management: Tracking expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Confidentiality: Maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive matters and confidential information.
Problem Solving: Identifying and addressing issues and challenges that arise in the executive's day-to-day activities.
Technology Proficiency: Being proficient in using various software and tools for communication, scheduling, document management, and more.
