**Job Profile**:
**Designation : Business Growth Intern**

**( Only for people based out of Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai & MMRDA region )**

You will be part of the Business Growth team

Business Growth Intern will play a critical role in driving the growth of the agency by generating leads, creating funnels, and helping senior team members in closing deals.

**Experience Required **:Minimum 6 months - 1 year Maximum

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.
- Attending networking events to attract and retain clients.
- Identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business.
- Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals.
- Support the team with other responsibilities as required.
- Qualify leads by conducting research and determining their fit with our services
- Follow up with leads to schedule meetings and discuss their needs
- Help understand client needs and provide input for building pitches with senior management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and progress in our CRM

**Qualifications**:

- Interested or looking to develop a career in the Digital Marketing field.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a similar field.

- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Knowledge and proficient usage of Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and is a self-starter

**Working Days**: Monday to Friday. ( 5 days a week )

**Work Model**: Hybrid Model
