**Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement and Sales**: Actively cultivate relationships with corporate clients, emphasizing sales opportunities and understanding their business goals, challenges, and requirements.
**Sales Needs Assessment**:Conduct comprehensive needs assessments, identifying potential sales opportunities and tailoring Story Sphere's solutions to meet the specific requirements of each corporate client.
**Product Sales Mastery**: Develop an in-depth understanding of Story Sphere's products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions and drive successful sales.
**Sales Support**:Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless sales experience with Story Sphere's offerings.
**Collaborative Sales Efforts**: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to align client needs with company capabilities, ultimately enhancing overall sales and client satisfaction.
**Feedback Collection for Sales Enhancement**: Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and relay valuable insights to the relevant teams, contributing to the continuous enhancement of sales strategies and offerings.
**Upselling and Cross-selling Initiatives**: Identify and seize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Story Sphere products or services that align with clients' evolving needs and objectives.
**Sales Retention Strategies**: Implement effective sales strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty, ensuring enduring partnerships with Story Sphere.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of the storytelling and content creation industry is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
