About The Job

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about enhancing our customer experience and dedicated to fostering a positive customer experience. Requirements
  • Graduate - Any
  • Proven track record of 6 months -1 year of experience as a client relationship associate.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of banking services, fintech products, and how they integrate into business processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with key bank stakeholders to explore potential partnerships.
  • Pitch Paywize’s offerings to banks and work on extracting services that can be integrated into our platform.
  • Engage with clients to gain insights into their financial aspirations and requirements.
  • Offer modified financial guidance and solutions that align with each client's specific objectives.
  • Foster enduring relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement.
  • Perform regular assessments and updates with clients to identify any shifts in their goals, and adapt the financial strategy accordingly.
  • Respond to client complaints promptly and effectively to ensure swift resolutions.
  • Gathering client feedback and integrating it into everyday practices.
