**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Make outbound calls to potential franchise prospects from provided databases or self-sourced leads.
- Identify and qualify prospects who are interested in starting a franchise with Junior Delhi School.
- Maintain a high volume of daily calls and ensure timely follow-ups.
- **Information Sharing**:

- Explain the franchise model, investment details, and benefits of partnering with Junior Delhi School.
- Share company brochures, presentations, and other promotional material with interested prospects.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential franchise partners.
- Answer queries and resolve concerns about franchise opportunities.
- Schedule meetings between interested prospects and the franchise sales manager.
- **Data Management**:

- Record all call details, customer information, and status updates in the CRM system.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports of calls and prospects for management review.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the franchise sales manager by providing leads and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns aimed at franchise sales.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum 12th pass; a bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of telecalling experience, preferably in franchise sales, business development, or customer service. (Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.)
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal communication in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a bonus).
- **Personality**: Persuasive, confident, and customer-oriented.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic computer knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with CRM software.
- **Other Skills**: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
