We are looking for an experienced and dynamic  Franchise Manager to lead and manage our franchise network, ensuring seamless operations, strong relationships, and consistent growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute franchise expansion strategies to onboard new franchise partners across target regions.
Build strong relationships with existing franchisees, ensuring alignment with Makoons' brand values and operational standards.
Act as a liaison between franchisees and the head office, addressing concerns and facilitating communication.
Monitor the performance of franchise units, providing support and actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and contractual obligations.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to design and implement campaigns that support franchise growth.
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for franchise partners to enhance their knowledge and skills.
Identify and resolve challenges faced by franchisees, offering tailored solutions to maintain strong partnerships.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine the franchise model and maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of 5-7 years in franchise management, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the education or service industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to travel as required to manage and support franchise operations.
A results-driven approach with a passion for building long-term partnerships.
