We are looking for an experienced and dynamic  Franchise Manager to lead and manage our franchise network, ensuring seamless operations, strong relationships, and consistent growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute franchise expansion strategies to onboard new franchise partners across target regions.
  • Build strong relationships with existing franchisees, ensuring alignment with Makoons' brand values and operational standards.
  • Act as a liaison between franchisees and the head office, addressing concerns and facilitating communication.
  • Monitor the performance of franchise units, providing support and actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to design and implement campaigns that support franchise growth.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for franchise partners to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Identify and resolve challenges faced by franchisees, offering tailored solutions to maintain strong partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine the franchise model and maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of 5-7 years in franchise management, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the education or service industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel as required to manage and support franchise operations.
  • A results-driven approach with a passion for building long-term partnerships.
