Franchise Sales Executive

Identify Franchise Partners as per the Franchise business plan.
- Identify Franchise partners for key identified markets
- Ensure end to end ownership for Franchise sign ups and setup.
- Coordinate with Franchise partners to make business plans and track business
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting as per company guidelines
- Converting Sales lead into successful deals.
- Endeavor to meet to exceed franchise sales targets for the period.
- Implement the franchising standards and bonds as developed by business development.
**Skill, Knowledge and Attribute**
- Preferably MBA
- Should have prior experience in Franchise Development preferably from Retail sector.
- Good command over English language.
- Exp: 3-5 yrs
- Salary : 25K - 30K
