**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a skilled and adaptable All-Rounder Chef to join our culinary team. This position is ideal for an experienced chef capable of handling various stations in the kitchen, managing food preparation and presentation for multiple cuisines, and ensuring a high standard of quality and consistency. As an all-rounder, you will be expected to take on different roles depending on the kitchen’s needs, making versatility and teamwork essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation & Cooking**:

- Prepare, cook, and present dishes from multiple cuisines, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Handle various kitchen stations (grill, fryer, pastry, etc.) as required.
- Follow recipes accurately, while also having the ability to modify dishes based on dietary needs or special requests.
- **Kitchen Management**:

- Assist with inventory management by checking stock levels and ensuring timely ordering of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, equipment, and storage areas according to health and safety standards.
- Ensure that food storage and preparation areas comply with food safety regulations.
- **Quality Control & Presentation**:

- Inspect dishes for quality and ensure presentation aligns with restaurant standards.
- Continuously monitor and control food quality, taste, and freshness.
- Propose new menu ideas and seasonal specials for the head chef or kitchen manager.
- **Training & Collaboration**:

- Assist in training junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques, presentation, and food safety practices.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints with a focus on maintaining a positive guest experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a chef, ideally with exposure to multiple cuisines or all-rounder positions.
- Ability to handle various cooking equipment and techniques, including grilling, frying, sautéing, and baking.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Desired Attributes**:

- Creative and passionate about food with a commitment to maintaining high culinary standards.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in food presentation and quality control.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on various kitchen roles as needed.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Physical ability to stand for long periods, handle heavy pots and pans, and work in a high-heat environment.
