**Job Title**: Sales Representative - End User (Industrial Electrical Products)
- **Job Description**_:
As a Relationship Manager for End User, your primary responsibility is to foster strong relationships with end-user clients in the industrial electrical products sector. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to meet client requirements and achieve sales targets.
- **Key Responsibilities**_:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with end-user clients in the industrial electrical products sector.

2. Understand the specific needs and requirements of clients, providing tailored solutions and product recommendations.

3. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless communication and effective delivery of services.

4. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the target market, and develop strategies to expand the client base.

5. Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to clients to showcase the features and benefits of industrial electrical products.

6. Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to stay competitive and enhance service offerings.

7. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure business agreements and achieve sales targets.

8. Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain strong relationships and ensure repeat business.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and sales strategies to support the growth of industrial electrical products.

10. Prepare regular reports and updates on client interactions, sales activities, and market trends for management review.

- **Qualifications**_:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

- Strong understanding of electrical products and systems, as well as knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
