**Job Role: Sales Representative**
- Renowned Spice Company are looking for an ambitious and talented Female profile to join as Sales Representative, located in Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar._

**Responsibilities**:

- _Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers_
- _Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs_
- _Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships_
- _Reach out to customer leads through cold calling_
- _Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction_
- _Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule_
- _Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments_
- _Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports_
- _Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services._
- _Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends_

**Qualifications**:

- _Proven work experience as a Sales Representative_
- _Excellent knowledge of MS Office_
- _Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships_
- _Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales_
- _Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills_
- _Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills_
- _Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs_
- _Relationship management skills and openness to feedback_

**Salary Requirements**:

- As per qualifications and industry standard

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
