Urgent Opening for the role of " Customer Servicing / Inside Sales SME ".
Job Responsibilities:
**What will I Do (Major Functions)**
1. Outbound calling to Customers to make them aware of products and upsell / cross sell to maximise customer revenue per customer
2. Attending inbound queries and closing sales
3. Getting estimates from estimation desk for custom inquiries and following up with clients for conversion
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Customer Feedback Score (Zoho)
Ticket Response Time (Zoho)
Volume of tickets / calls handled
Revenue Achieved
**How will I be Empowered**
Proper training on CRM(Zoho) and accessing individual reports
Thorough product knowledge and process training for website, admin and online ordering
Cross training within the team (Act as a backup for Support team)
**How will I be Successful (Critical Success Parameters)**
Good Client servicing, ensure customer retention and maximize Customer LTV by repeat orders
Have a very good client feedback score
Timely response to client queries, escalation etc and ensure customer satisfaction
**Skillsets**
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Is tech savvy and an e-commerce user at personal level
- Very good at time Management
- Very good persuasive and negotiation skills
- Is empathetic
- Is meticulous
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Diploma / Graduate in any field
- 1 to 3 years of work experience in Customer Servicing / Inside Sales
- Knowledge in Print Sales is an advantage
**Salary**: ₹34,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
